FAQ

1. What kinds of submissions are you looking for?
Submissions should lead to content that relates to gardening in some way. It can be a full article about a particular method, plant or vegetable, a story about gardening experiences, humor related, news oriented, a product review, garden photography – if it relates to gardening, we would like to consider it.  We will also take submissions from a recipe post – IF the recipe was made with food you grew yourself.

2. What are your criteria for the photographs you will accept?
There are several criteria. Number one is that the photo belongs to you, you have permission to use it, or you are simply highlighting content on a particular blog or webpage, with a photo from the site. Next, the photo has to be visually appealing – good focus, proper exposure and lighting and good subject matter. A poor photo will not draw visitors to your site, and including it on GardenStalking will not help either one of us. We try to give very clear reasons as to why a photo may not have been accepted, and you can always reply to the moderation email to get more clarity on the reasons.
